近年来,骨髓移植成为治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)的主要方法之一,其疗效较好,但死亡率高,长期无病生存者仅占50-60%。作者用自身血细胞输注的方法治疗一些病人,其中一例获得“遗传学缓解”。患者女性,31岁,脾肿大肋下7cm,血像及骨髓像均符合CML慢性期。查20个分裂期骨髓细胞均Ph阳性。外周血细胞DNA检查示bcr基因重组。治疗前4周开始收集病人外周血有核细胞并以标准力法冰冻保存。然后给患者马利兰4mg/kg/天×4天;再给马法兰60mg/m~2 iv一次。隔1天后将已收集的自身有核细胞按10×10~8/kg输给患者。
