目的:观察电针结合神经促通技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能及步行能力的影响。方法:60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组采用常规药物治疗及以神经促通技术,治疗组在此基础上结合电针治疗。于治疗前及治疗6周后采用下肢Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、功能性步行能力分级(FAC)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)对两组患者进行评定。结果:治疗前两组患者下肢FMA评分、FAC分级及MBI评分组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者上述指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且以治疗组的改善幅度较显著,与对照组比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功率自行车运动可进一步改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能,提高步行能力。
Objective: To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with nerve-promoting technique on motor function and walking ability of lower extremity in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with conventional drugs and neurotransmission technology. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture. Two groups of patients were assessed before treatment and after 6 weeks of treatment using lower limb Fugl-Meyer score (FMA), functional walking ability classification (FAC) and modified Barthel index (MBI). Results: There were no significant differences in FMA scores, FAC grading and MBI score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the above indexes in both groups were significantly improved (P <0.05), and The treatment group improved more significantly, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Power cycling can further improve the lower extremity motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia and improve walking ability.
