利用液态浸渗技术制备了氧化铝/锌合金复合材料。研究结果表明,在低浸渗压力下制备金属基复合材料是可行的;在浸渗过程中,液态金属的温度对浸渗压力有较大影响。所制备的复合材料具有均匀的凝固组织,纤维与基体中的活性元素的相互作用有利于锌合金的共晶组织生核和长大。
Alumina / zinc alloy composites were prepared by liquid infiltration technique. The results show that it is feasible to prepare metal matrix composites under low infiltration pressure. The temperature of liquid metal has a significant influence on infiltration pressure during the infiltration process. The prepared composite material has a uniform solidified structure. The interaction between the fibers and the active elements in the matrix facilitates the nucleation and growth of the eutectic structure of the zinc alloy.
