目的 了解 2型糖尿病并糖尿病肾病患者外周血超氧化物岐化酶水平及用胰岛素治疗后超氧化物岐化酶的变化。方法 A组为 4 6例 2型糖尿病并糖尿病肾病 ,B组为 4 3例血糖控制稳定的 2型糖尿病 ,C组为对照组 4 0例 ,分组对照比较。用黄嘌呤酶法检测外周血超氧化物岐化酶。结果 A、B、C三组样本SOD值比较 ,A组的总SOD、CuZn -SOD、Mn -SOD明显低于B组和C组 (P <0 0 1) ,B组和C组间的总SOD、CuZn -SOD、Mn-SOD值差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗一疗程后A组病例的总SOD、CuZn -SOD、Mn -SOD值显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,B组病例总SOD、CuZn -SOD、Mn -SOD值变化不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。同时A组病例的 2 4h尿蛋白量由 (2 736± 6 5 8)mg下降至 (180 5± 5 76 )mg(P <0 0 1)。结论 DN患者体内氧自由基产生增加 ,SOD值降低。胰岛素具有升高SOD和降低尿蛋白的作用。
Objective To investigate the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in peripheral blood of type 2 diabetic patients with diabetic nephropathy and the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) after insulin therapy. Methods A group of 46 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy, B group of 43 cases of stable type 2 diabetes mellitus control, C group of 40 cases in the control group, the control group. Determination of superoxide dismutase in peripheral blood by xanthine enzymatic method. Results SOD, CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C (P <0.01), and those in group B and group C The differences of SOD, CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD were not significant (P> 0.05). The total SOD, CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in group A were significantly increased after one course of treatment (P <0.01), while the changes of total SOD, CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in group B were insignificant (P> 0 0 5). At the same time, the amount of 24 h proteinuria in group A decreased from (2736 ± 6 58) mg to (180 5 ± 5 76) mg (P <0.01). Conclusion In DN patients, the production of oxygen free radicals increases and the SOD value decreases. Insulin has the effect of increasing SOD and reducing urinary protein.
