《孙子兵法》反映的孙子组织管理思想精华，主要表现在道义为先的组织价值观，择人任势的整体效能观，合文齐武的精兵思想，赏罚分明的激励机制，责权一致的指挥思想等几个方面。孙子的管理思想颇富理论内涵，亦具现代价值。以现代管理科学为参照系，梳理孙子组织管理思想的精华，对建构有中国特色的现代组织管理学具有指导意义。
