汽车供应商的质量管理和水平直接关系者汽车企业的核心竞争力,汽车供应链在我国发展时间较短,很多理论还没有经过实践的充分证明。笔者从重视质量管理体系的创新、满足供应链的创新和质量改进的要求、汽车供应商企业制定激励机制和质量评价体系三个方面展开分析研究,希望能够提升汽车供应商的质量管理,实现质量的改进。
