巡回参考咨询服务是一种新的参考咨询服务模式,最基本的特点是馆员离开固定的参考台,巡回书库、电脑使用区等馆内场所,甚或离开图书馆在校内合适的地点提供信息咨询服务。巡回参考咨询服务依托于以“用户为本”的服务理念和先进的信息技术,有助于消除“图书馆焦虑症”、宣传参考咨询服务和加强图书馆员与用户之间的个人关系,是一个值得推广的模式。
The tour reference service is a new reference service model.
