亚硫酸盐纸浆废液经氯化处理生成的氯化木质素磺酸钙即氯化纸浆废液,是目前国外正在发展中的一种重要的灌浆材料。国内尚未见有关这种浆材的研究报道。笔者的实验工作证实,反应在酸性介质中(由pH=5开始,到pH=2终止)进行时,氯化反应即取代反应占优势,反应效率高,产物较稳定,粘度显著升高。此时氧化反应受到限制。反应时间在一定范围内的延长,引入木质素磺酸钙中的氯将越益增加,甲氧基含量渐少,可使浆液性能逐渐变好;凝胶时间显著缩
Sulfite pulp waste chlorinated calcium lignosulfonate produced by chlorination of chlorinated pulp waste, is currently under development abroad is an important grouting material.
