泵送混凝上有输送量大、效率高的独特优点,采用布料杆在距离远和高层输送混凝土,能起到快速、连续作业的效果。用于深基础、高层建筑施工,布料杆半径周围范围内可任意浇注混凝土。但泵送混凝土也有其特殊要求和不足之处,如要求混凝土一次浇筑量较大,不宜间隙作业,骨料配合比要求严格,水泥用量较大等。国外承包者对泵送混凝土施工,一般须进行估算,选择设备,积累了较多经验,现根据收集到的一些国外资料介绍如下,供国内施工单位参考。一、关于管线压力和设备选择问题
