中央企业是我国国民经济的骨干力量,也是参与国际市场竞争的主力军。近几年中央企业坚持践行科学发展观,不断深化企业改革,转变发展方式,加快结构调整,推进技术创新,强化内部管理,积极履行社会责任,保持了良好的发展态势。2002～2009年,中央企业的资产总额从7.13万亿元,增加到21万亿元,年均增长16.74%;营业收入从3.36万亿元,增加到12.63万亿元,年均增长20.8%;实现利润从2405亿元,增加到8652亿元,年均增长19%;上缴税金从2915亿元,增加到11475亿元,年均增长21.62%。与此同时,中央企业的改革和改制工作也不断
Central enterprises are the backbone of our national economy and the main force participating in the competition in the international market. In recent years, the Central Government has adhered to practicing the scientific concept of development, continuously deepened the reform of enterprises, transformed the mode of development, accelerated the structural adjustment, promoted technological innovation, strengthened internal management, actively fulfilled its social responsibilities and maintained a good momentum of development. From 2002 to 2009, the total assets of central enterprises increased from 7.13 trillion yuan to 21 trillion yuan, with an average annual increase of 16.74%. Operating income increased from 3.36 trillion yuan to 12.63 trillion yuan with an average annual increase of 20.8%. The profit from 240.5 billion yuan to 865.2 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 19%; taxes paid from 291.5 billion yuan, increased to 1147.5 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 21.62%. In the meantime, the reform and restructuring of the central enterprises are also ongoing
