目的探讨脑出血患者血清神经元烯醇化酶 (NSE)与出血量和临床预后的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对 42例脑出血患者起病第 1、3、7天血清 NSE水平进行了动态测定。结果脑出血患者血清 NSE浓度在起病第 1、3天显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,3天达峰值 ,峰值浓度与出血量及临床预后有显著相关性。结论血清 NSE水平测定对判断脑出血病变的严重度、评估预后有重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum neuron enolase (NSE) and the amount of bleeding and clinical prognosis in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Serum NSE levels of 42 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Serum NSE concentrations in patients with ICH were significantly higher than those in control group on the first and third days (P <0.01), reaching the peak on the third day. The peak concentration was significantly correlated with the amount of bleeding and clinical prognosis. Conclusion The determination of serum NSE level has an important reference value for judging the severity of cerebral hemorrhage and assessing the prognosis.
