目的比较多种方法的现场灭鼠效果,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法 2015年9-11月在新疆实验动物中心成品库采用连续投放粘鼠板进行灭鼠,原料库采用溴敌隆毒饵灭鼠法,生产车间采用鼠夹法,普通级动物饲养室采用捕鼠笼法,观察灭鼠前后的鼠密度变化。结果现场灭鼠18 d共发现死鼠122只,灭鼠后平均鼠密度由灭鼠前的59.1%下降至6.8%,校正灭鼠率为79.2%;3种物理灭鼠法布放器械第1天捕获鼠数量出现峰值,后呈下降趋势,灭后鼠密度均明显下降,但均未达标(≤3%);投放溴敌隆毒饵第3天开始发现死鼠,第5、6天达到峰值,灭后鼠密度下降为0。结论采用多种方法对鼠类进行综合防治,可明显降低鼠密度;通过掌握不同环境中鼠类的取食习性,筛选出适合该环境的灭鼠方法,科学合理地选择防治药械。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of various methods of field rodent control and provide a scientific basis for the future rodent control work. Methods From September to November in 2015, the laboratory of Xinjiang Animal Husbandry Center was used for rodent control in the finished product warehouse of Xinjiang Animal Husbandry Center. The raw material warehouse was rodent-killing with bromadiolone. The workshop was equipped with rat-clamp method. Cage method to observe the rat density changes before and after deratization. Results A total of 122 dead rats were found on the 18th day after deratization. The average rodent densities after deratization decreased from 59.1% to 6.8% before rodent control and corrected rodent elimination rate was 79.2% The number of captured mice peaked at the end of the day, and then decreased. The density of mice dropped significantly after the extinction, but none of them reached the standard (≤3%). , The density of the mice dropped to zero after the extinction. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention and treatment of rodents by a variety of methods can significantly reduce the rat density. By grasping the feeding habits of mice in different environments, the rodent control methods suitable for this environment are screened out and the prevention and treatment of drug-eluting machinery is scientifically and reasonably selected.
