在修建长输管道中,弯管是管道平面转向或竖向变坡较好的构成形式。冷弯后的钢管防腐是施工中的一大难题。近期进行的带二、三层(多层)结构防腐钢管的冷弯试验,为今后在管道建设中大量采用冷弯技术提供了重要依据。这种冷弯管已在国内矿浆、输气管道中应用,开创了带二、三层结构防腐钢管进行冷弯工艺的先例;节省了管道建设投资,提高了管道施工质量。
In the construction of long-distance pipelines, the elbow pipe is a plane steering or vertical slope better form. Cold-rolled steel pipe corrosion is a major problem in construction. The recently conducted cold bending test with two or three layers (multi-layer) structural corrosion-resistant steel pipes provides an important basis for the future extensive use of cold-bending technology in pipeline construction. This cold-formed pipe has been applied in domestic pulp and gas pipelines, setting a precedent for the cold-rolling process with two or three-layer structural anti-corrosion steel pipe, saving pipeline construction investment and improving pipeline construction quality.
