建立快速简便的牛奶中氟甲喹的测定方法;以乙腈为提取剂,正己烷除脂后LC-MS/MS测定;氟甲喹线性范围为0.2～50ng/mL,检出限为0.2μg/kg,加标平均回收率为84.3～101.0%,RSD小于10%。该方法定量准确可靠,可用于牛奶中氟甲喹的测定。
A rapid and simple method was established for the determination of flumequine in milk. With acetonitrile as the extractant, LC-MS / MS determination of n-hexane after de-fating was performed. The linear range of flumequine was 0.2-50ng / mL with the detection limit of 0.2μg / kg. The average recovery rate was 84.3 ~ 101.0% and the RSD was less than 10%. The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of flumequine in milk.
