学生是教育和发展的主体,学生的发展不仅需要他们的主动参与,更需要教师为其发展提供一个相对独立的教育空间,让他们在这个空间中去感知、去探索、去发现,继而获得独特的个人体验,奠定可持续发展的基础。教师对学习环境的调整,教学情境的创设,以及对学习者的学习方法的指导、知识的点拔、积极性的激发,即为学生创设有效的发展空间,就是广义的教师引导。事实上离开教师的有效引导,学生就不可能获得高效、积极、持久的发展。那么教师如何在教学中进行有效引导呢?下面谈一下在实践中的几点粗浅的做法。
