90年代是新旧世纪交替的关键时期,制定一套国家区域经济发展总战略是面向21世纪,谋求有利地位和良好发展环境的迫切需要。本文在分析80年代中国区域经济发展战略利弊的基础上,提出了“一个半重点”的区域经济发展总战略,即一、三线地区之间的战略关系是中国区域经济发展战略体系的核心。 The 1990s are a crucial period for the alternation of the old and the new century. To formulate a set of overall strategies for regional economic development is an urgent need for the 21st century to seek a favorable position and a good environment for development. Based on the analysis of the pros and cons of China’s regional economic development in the 1980s, this paper proposes a “one and a half priority” strategy of regional economic development. That is, the strategic relations between the first and the third regions are the core of China’s regional economic development strategy.
