原发性开角型青光眼的组织病理学基础是一个长时间探寻,但尚未解决的问题。50年代后期用电子显微镜观察前房角组织,有了一些新的发现和认识。Rohen等发现病人的小梁网存在着小梁板层的变性和筛状小梁细胞外物质沉积,认为这些改变是房水外流阻力增高的主要原因。Tripathi等还认为Schlemm管内皮细胞数目减少与房水外流阻力增加有关。Francois则认为小梁网内氨基己糖多糖增多是房水外流受阻的原因。
Histopathology of primary open-angle glaucoma is a long-term exploration, but not yet solved the problem. In the late 1950s, the anterior chamber angle was observed with an electron microscope with some new findings and knowledge. Rohen and other patients found that the trabecular meshwork exists trabecular plate degeneration and sieve trabecular extracellular material deposition, that these changes is the main reason for increased aqueous humor resistance. Tripathi et al also believe that Schlemm tube endothelial cell number reduction and aqueous humor outflow resistance increases. Francois believes that increased tracheal net hexosamine polysaccharide is the cause of obstruction of aqueous humor.
