由异烟肼与水杨醛缩合得到水杨醛异烟酰腙荧光探针A,荧光光谱和紫外可见光谱实验表明:荧光探针A是一种选择性高、灵敏度好的Ca2+荧光探针.在4 ~ 20 μmol/L范围内,Cu2+的浓度与荧光探针A(10 μmol/L)的荧光强度之间呈较好的线性关系,检出限为11.2 μg/L.Job实验表明:Cu2+与荧光探针A的络合比为1∶2,结合常数为2.92×109 L/mol.“,”A salicylaldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone probe A was synthesized from the condensation of salicylaldehyde and isoniazide.Fluorescence and visible absorption spectra showed that probe A exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity for Cu2+.The linear response range covered a concentration range of Cu2+ from 4 to 20 μmol/L and the detection limit was 11.2 μg/L.The binding ratio of A-Cu2+ complex was determined to be 2∶1.According to the Job Plot and the association constant Ka of Cu2+ binding with probe A is 2.92 × 109 L/mol.
