目的分析鉴定短短芽胞杆菌Brevibacillus brevis的挥发性抑菌代谢物。方法采用二分隔平板测试短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-8672挥发性抑菌代谢物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌效果。运用顶空.固相微萃取-气质联用法对短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-8672的挥发性成分进行测定。结果短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-8672挥发性抑菌代谢物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制率为36.10%。FJAT-8672菌落表面的中挥发性抑菌代谢物,共检测出高匹配度的挥发性抑菌代谢物21种。按照其化学结构不同分为醇类、醛类、酮类、酯类等。其中醛类化合物含量最高。结论发现短短芽胞杆菌挥发性抑菌代谢物的抑菌能力,其中主要生物活性代谢物包括两类,第一类可能具有抑菌抗癌等活性的代谢物,包括雪松醇、壬醛、癸醛;第二类可能与微生物代谢有关的代谢物,包括苯甲醛。
Objective To identify and identify the volatile antibacterial metabolites of Brevibacillus brevis. Methods The bacteriostatic effect of volatile antifungal metabolites of B.subtilis FJAT-8672 on Fusarium oxysporum was tested by two separate plates. Volatile components of B.subtilis FJAT-8672 were determined by headspace-SPME-GC / MS. Results The inhibitory rate of volatile antibacterial metabolites of B. brevis FJAT-8672 against Fusarium oxysporum was 36.10%. Among them, the main bioactive metabolites include two kinds of metabolites, the first ones may have antibacterial and anti-cancer activities, including cedrol, nonanal, Aldehydes; the second group of metabolites that may be involved in microbial metabolism, including benzaldehyde.
