粮食保管是一门综合性自然科学,但作为科学,有其一定的客观规律性,有其本质和主流的东西。对待这种既复杂又简单的事物,最根本的方法,就是运用“一分为二”的观点和方法去认识、分析和解决它的矛盾,促进事物的转化,达到保管好粮食的目的。本文运用辩证法的观点,从六个方面阐述了储粮变化的内外因素、保管好粮食的诀窍、途径、方法、策略和规律。藉以引导广大保防人员进入科学保粮的广阔天地。 Food preservation is a comprehensive natural science, but as science, it has its own objective regularity and has its essence and mainstream.
