目的：评价盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机单盲对照试验，60例儿童哮喘患者口服盐酸班布特罗口服液。对6岁以上的患儿并予剂量滴定。对照组60例口服美喘清片。结果：临床控制率为65．0％，有效率为90．0％。41例6岁以上患儿测定了肺功能，治疗2周肺功能即有显著改善。剂量滴定试验提示仅17．1％需增加剂量。结论：盐酸班布特罗口服液是安全而有效的儿童支气管哮喘治疗药物。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bambuterol Hydrochloride Oral Liquid in the treatment of childhood bronchial asthma. Methods: Randomized single-blind controlled trials, 60 cases of children with asthma oral bambuterol hydrochloride oral solution. Patients over 6 years old and dose titration. Control group of 60 cases of oral asthma tablets. Results: The clinical control rate was 65.0% and the effective rate was 90.0%. 41 cases of children over the age of 6 measured lung function, lung function was significantly improved after 2 weeks. Dose titration tests suggest that only 17.1% increase in dose. Conclusion: Bambuterol Hydrochloride Oral Liquid is a safe and effective treatment for children with bronchial asthma.
