介绍了一种双轴平动椭圆振动筛设计时力心的确定法,分析了激振器轴的变形及其对振动筛的运动参数、抛掷指数、筛箱强度及激振器滚动轴承寿命影响。设计实践表明:力心的确定方法简单易行、准确可靠;激振器轴刚度较小时,设计中应当考虑其变形对振动筛产生的影响,特别应考虑对激振器滚动轴承寿命的影响。
A method for determining the force center of a biaxial translational elliptical shale shaker was introduced. The deformation of the shaker shaft and its influence on the shaker motion parameters, throwing index, screen box strength and exciter bearing life were analyzed. The design practice shows that the method of determining the center of effort is simple, accurate and reliable. When the rigidity of the exciter shaft is small, the influence of the deformation on the shale shaker should be considered in the design, especially the influence on the life of the exciter rolling bearing should be considered.
