应澳大利亚政府南极局的邀请,受我国国家南极考察委员会的派遣,我们于1981年月11初,赴澳大利亚去南极进行多学科的科学考察。这次赴南极考察的一共是四个人,其它三名同志是:中国科学院的谢自楚,参加澳南极凯西站1981～1982年度越冬冰川考察;国家海洋局的吕培顶,参加澳戴维斯站1981～1982年度越冬海洋生物考察;中央气象局的卞林根,参加澳莫森站1981～1982年度越冬气象科学考察。这三位同志至今仍在南极大陆进行紧张而又艰苦
At the invitation of the Australian Government Antarctic Bureau, dispatched by our country’s National Antarctic Expedition Committee, we went to Australia to conduct a multi-disciplinary scientific expedition to the Antarctic in early January 11, 1981. A total of four people visited the Antarctic expedition this time. The other three comrades were Xie Xiechu, Chinese Academy of Sciences, who attended the overwintering glacier from 1981 to 1982 at the Kaohsiung Station in the South of China. Lv Pei Ding of the State Oceanic Administration took part in the Australian Davis Station Overwintering marine life from 1981 to 1982; Bianlingen from the Central Meteorological Bureau participated in the overwintering meteorological scientific investigation of Australia from 1981 to 1982. These three comrades are still strained and arduous in the Antarctic continent
