目的探讨分析基质金属蛋白酶-9对冠心病患者介入治疗后心血管不良事件发生的预测价值。方法选择2013年7月—2014年12月在南阳市第一人民医院接受介入治疗的冠心病患者112例作为研究对象,依据术后半年不良事件的发生情况进行分组,将发生不良事件的52例患者设为观察组,将未发生不良事件的60例患者设为对照组,比较两组患者治疗后48 h基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及TNF-α等炎症因子水平的变化。结果观察组患者的MMP-9、CRP水平明显高于对照组患者的MMP-9、CRP水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6水平比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示MMP-9和CRP水平呈现出正相关的关系。结论基质金属蛋白酶-9对冠心病患者介入治疗后心血管不良事件发生具有较好的预测价值,基质金属蛋白酶-9水平越高,心血管不良事件的发生率也越高,因此冠心病患者介入治疗后定期检测患者的基质金属蛋白酶-9水平具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the treatment of cardiovascular events after coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From July 2013 to December 2014, 112 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Nanyang City were enrolled. According to the incidence of adverse events after 6 months, 52 cases of adverse events The patients were divided into observation group and 60 patients without adverse events as control group. The levels of MMP-9 and TNF-α and other inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared at 48 h after treatment. Results The levels of MMP-9 and CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the levels of TNF-α, IL-10 and IL-6 The difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the level of MMP-9 and CRP showed a positive correlation. Conclusion Matrix metalloproteinase-9 has a better predictive value for the occurrence of cardiovascular events after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease. The higher the level of MMP-9, the higher the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events. Therefore, patients with coronary heart disease After treatment, regular detection of patients with matrix metalloproteinase -9 level has a very important clinical significance.
