根据国际上的推荐,钢制量块的温度线膨胀系数,其平均值偏差为±1.10~(-6)K~(-1)。为了检定长度为20毫米至100毫米量块的温度线膨胀系数,在恒温室内采用一台量块比较测量装置(检验装置),该装置能使被检件在温差为10K 的两种不同温度时与100毫米长的膨胀标准相比较。试验表明,同量块一起升温的测量传感器没有由于温度引起的长度测量误差。测量不精确性(与长度有关)在±0.06·10~(-6)K~(-1)和±0.015·10~(-6)K~(-1)之间。
According to the international recommendation, the average linear thermal expansion coefficient of the steel block is ± 1.10 ~ (-6) K ~ (-1). In order to test the linear expansion coefficient of the temperature in the range of 20 mm to 100 mm, a gauge measuring device (test device) is used in the thermostatic chamber.
