通过正交实验法对铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料进行了成分优化研究,选取了摩擦系数和磨损性能为实验指标进行极差分析,获得了最佳实验配方A_2B_2C_2D_2。结果表明:Al_2O_3含量对铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料性能的影响至关重要。
The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the composition of iron-based powder metallurgy friction materials. The friction coefficient and wear performance were selected as the experimental indexes for range analysis. The best experimental formula A_2B_2C_2D_2 was obtained. The results show that the effect of Al_2O_3 content on the properties of iron-based powder metallurgy friction materials is very important.
