目的:探讨津血源颗粒对SS模型鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用弗氏完全佐剂和百日咳、白喉、破伤风联合疫苗+同种鼠颌下腺抗原诱导,同时每天以0.6mg/kg利血平与50mg/kg甲状腺素灌胃,连续4周,建立类似临床SS动物模型。以津血源颗粒对SS模型鼠进行干预,观察津血源颗粒对SS模型鼠CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值和颌下腺病理学改变的影响。结果:SS模型鼠CD4+T细胞增多,CD4+/CD8+比值增高,颌下腺腺泡萎缩及导管狭窄,腺泡及导管周围见明显淋巴细胞浸润。津血源颗粒可减少CD4+T细胞;CD4+/CD8+比值降低;缓解颌下腺损伤并减轻病理改变。结论:津血源颗粒可明显改善SS模型鼠的症状,对SS具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jinxuanyuan Granule on SS model mice. METHODS: Freund’s complete adjuvant and pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus combined vaccine + submandibular gland antigen were induced. At the same time, 0.6mg/kg reserpine and 50mg/kg thyroxine were given every day for 4 weeks. Clinical SS animal model. The SS model mice were intervened with Jinxuanyuan Granules to observe the effect of Jinxuanyuan Granules on the CD4+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and the pathological changes of the submandibular glands in SS model mice. RESULTS: The number of CD4+ T cells increased, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was increased, the acinar atrophy of the submandibular glands, and the stenosis of the ducts were observed in the SS model mice. Lymphocyte infiltration was observed around the acinus and ducts. Jin blood source particles can reduce CD4+ T cells; CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreases; relieve submandibular gland injury and reduce pathological changes. Conclusion: Jinxueyuan Granule can obviously improve the symptoms of SS model mice and have a certain therapeutic effect on SS.
