1984年以来,辽宁省蚕科所黄瓜病害研究组,通过各种药剂试验,研究出防治黄瓜黑星病理想药剂——“黄瓜宁”。两年小区试验,植株防治效果达100％,瓜果防治效果达90％以上。据丹东市振安区、凤城镇等保护地试验,防治效果达90—100％,深受农民欢迎。该药剂有效残留期为10天,因此生产中可间隔10天喷1次药。“黄瓜宁”的具体使用方法:①种子消毒。用1:500倍的“黄瓜宁’药液,在45℃左右浸种20—30分钟,可杀死种子上的菌丝,而对种子发芽、生长无影响。②植株喷药。在黄瓜定植后的初花期,用1:500倍的“黄瓜宁”水悬剂,采用喷雾方法均匀地将药液喷到瓜株和果实上。每隔7—10天喷药1次,整个生长期喷4—5次可达彻底防治的目的。
