用蒸馏法和正交试验法对咳喘宁口服液的挥发性成分、煎煮条件和醇沉浓度进行了优选。实验结果表明，对挥发性成分提取采用二次蒸馏法，收集二次重蒸馏液2倍量药材；煎煮条件和醇沉浓度分别为煎煮3次、每次60min、醇沉浓度为70％。
Distillation method and orthogonal test method were used to optimize the volatile components, boiling conditions and alcohol concentration of Kechuanning oral liquid. The experimental results show that the secondary components are extracted by double distillation and the double heavy distilled liquid is collected twice; the decoction conditions and alcohol concentration are 3 times for boiling, 60 minutes for each, and the alcohol concentration is 70%. .
