在裂缝性地层钻井过程中经常发生钻井液漏失的现象,给井下安全造成巨大的挑战,同时对油气层造成不可避免的污染;裂缝性漏失一般漏失量比较大,当钻井液静止时,裂缝性的地层会随地层压力和地层流体变化发生短期愈合的假象,表现形式为在小排量、含堵漏材料的钻井液可建立循环;本文结合现场有关施工过程,在相关部门的技术支持下,总结了裂缝性堵漏一般规律,确定了较理想的堵漏配方和固井施工工艺。
