本文主要介绍了单片机在金属流动应力测试中的应用及其硬件结构和软件设计原理。提出了一种外推法求压缩真实应力一应变曲线的数值计算方法,用该方法有效地解决其数据处理问题。实现了对金属流动应力归自动采集。处理并显示和打印输出。
This article mainly introduces the application of SCM in metal flow stress test and its hardware structure and software design principle. An extrapolation method is proposed to calculate the true stress-strain curve of compression. The method is applied to solve the data processing problem effectively.
