讲述了邯钢抗硫化氢腐蚀容器板Q345R(R-HIC)的生产实践。详细介绍影响抗硫化氢腐蚀性能的主要因素,制定相应的工艺方案。重点控制钢中有害元素磷和硫的含量,使狑[P]≤0.012%,狑[S]≤0.002%;有效控制非金属夹杂物,尤其是控制A类和C类夹杂物的含量在最低水平;同时维护铸机设备,保证铸坯内部质量。试制产品各项性能满足标准GB 713-2008要求,并且此钢种的抗氢诱导裂纹(HIC)、硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)试验性能也完全满足GB/T 8650-2006和GB/T 4157-2006标准要求。“,”The production practice of sulfide corrosion resistant container plate Q345R (R-HIC)was described.And it introduces the main factors of affecting hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance,and formulates the corresponding processing plan.It controls the content of harmful elements P and S,to the level of狑[P]≤0.012% and狑[S]≤0.002%;It also controls the content of non-metallic inclusions,especially A and C inclusion contents to the lowest level.It maintains casting equipment at the same time,ensuring the inner quality of the casting billet.All properties of the trial products meet the standard of GB 713-2008 requirements,and for this type of steel,the experimental properties of resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking of steel (HIC)and stress corrosion cracking (SSCC)also fully meet the requirements of GB/T 8650-2006 and GB/T 4157-2006 standard.
