以芳香八碘代物1,2,4,5-四{4-[N,N-二(4-碘苯氨基)]苯乙烯基}苯(TPABI)和4-乙烯基吡啶在钯催化下进行多位点Heck反应,制备得到一种新型荧光树枝分子1,2,4,5-四{4-[N,N-二(4-吡啶乙烯基)苯氨基]苯乙烯基}苯(TPABPy).目标化合物的结构经过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、高分辨质谱确认.树枝分子TPABPy在THF,乙酸乙酯,二氯甲烷,DMF,DMSO溶液中的最大发射波长分别为490,493,510,536,543 nm.Stoke’s位移分别为4717(THF),4969(乙酸乙酯),5330(二氯甲烷),6281(DMF),6398(DMSO)cm-1.在THF和DMF中的荧光量子产率分别为0.87和0.72.在THF和乙酸乙酯中的荧光寿命分别为1.29和1.77 ns.研究了树枝分子TPABPy在不同pH值下的荧光行为,在pH为2.41时荧光强度最大.用循环伏安法测定了分子的前线轨道能级,HOMO轨道能级为-4.94 eV,LUMO轨道能级为-2.38 eV.
Aromatic octaiodo 1,2,4,5-tetrakis {4- [N, N-bis (4-iodophenylamino)] styryl} benzene (TPABI) and 4-vinylpyridine were run under palladium catalysis A new fluorescent dendrimer molecule, 1,2,4,5-tetrakis [4- [N, N-bis (4-pyridylethenyl) anilino] styryl} benzene (TPABPy) The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and high resolution mass spectrometry.The maximum emission wavelengths of the dendrimer TPABPy in THF, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, DMF and DMSO were 490, 493, 510, 536 and 543 nm, respectively.Stoke’s displacements were 4717 (THF), 4969 (ethyl acetate), 5330 (methylene chloride), 6281 (DMF), 6398 (DMSO) cm- 1. The fluorescence quantum yields in THF and DMF were 0.87 and 0.72, respectively. And ethyl acetate, the fluorescence lifetime was 1.29 and 1.77 ns, respectively.The fluorescence behavior of the dendrimer TPABPy at different pH values was studied, and the fluorescence intensity was the highest at pH 2.41.The cyclic voltammetry was used to determine the molecular frontier orbital energy Level, the HOMO orbital energy level is -4.94 eV, and the LUMO orbital energy level is -2.38 eV.
