纳米科技是当今国际上的一个热点。无论是纳米电子学,还是纳米生物学等纳米科技,都涉及对纳米尺度物质的形态、成分、结构及其物理/化学性能(功能)的测量、表征。纳米测量学在纳米科技中起着信息采集和分析的不可替代的重要作用。对此,王大珩、师昌绪、白春礼、郭可信等8位院士在分析了我国纳米测量仪器和纳米加工装备制造业的现状后,建议由国家计委、经贸委、科技部、中国科学院、中国工程院等统筹考虑,把建立纳米测量仪器和纳米加工装备制造业作为重点纳入国家纳米科技发展规划。——编者
Nanotechnology is a hot spot in the world today. Both nanoelectronics and nanotechnology, such as nanobiology, involve the measurement and characterization of the morphology, composition, structure, and physical / chemical properties (functions) of nanoscale materials. Nanometrics plays an irreplaceable important role in information gathering and analysis in nanotechnology. In this regard, Wang Daheng, Shi Changxu, Bai Chunli, Guo Kexin and other eight academicians in the analysis of China’s nano-measuring instruments and nano-processing equipment manufacturing status quo, proposed by the State Development Planning Commission, Economic and Trade Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering And other co-ordination considerations, the establishment of nano-measuring instruments and nano-processing equipment manufacturing industry as a key national development into nanotechnology planning. --editor
