我国实行的是素质教育,要求使每个学生都能得到全面的发展。但是,在实际教学中学生是存在着一定的个体差异性的,这就要求教师在教学生时做到因材施教。在初中数学教学中,学生的分层问题尤为严重,如果在教学时只采用统一的层次进行教学,势必会不断拉大学生之间的差距。只有对学生的差异性有一个正确的认知,在教学过程中按照学生的实际思维水平和学习能力把学生分为几个层级,然后分层次的进行教学工作。这样才能优化初中数学的教学效率,使每一个学生都得到全面的关注与发展。
Our country is practicing quality education, which requires every student to have all-round development. However, in the actual teaching students have some individual differences, which requires teachers to teach students according to their aptitude. In junior high school mathematics teaching, the stratification of students is particularly serious.
