本研究成功地建立了从石蜡包埋的微量上颌窦癌组织中制备 DNA 的方法,并以之作为模板,在两个人工合成的寡核苷酸引物的诱导和耐热 DNA 聚合酶的催化下,扩增原癌基因 c—Ha—ras 的亚基因片段,该方法的建立为现代病理学和临床医学研究开辟了新途径,对深入探讨上颌窦癌的发生机制亦有重要意义。
This study successfully established a method for the preparation of DNA from paraffin-embedded microsurgery of maxillary sinus carcinoma and used it as a template for the induction of two synthetic oligonucleotide primers and the catalysis of thermostable DNA polymerase. To amplify the subgenomic fragment of the proto-oncogene c-Ha-ras, the establishment of this method has opened up new avenues for modern pathology and clinical research, and it is also of great significance for the in-depth exploration of the mechanism of maxillary sinus cancer.
