目的测定玳瑁药材浸出物、氨基酸的含量及炮制对结果的影响。方法采用药典规定方法测定浸出物的量。全自动氨基酸分析仪测定经厌氧管充氮密封酸水解后玳瑁中氨基酸的含量。结果炮制后浸出物的量明显提高。玳瑁中氨基酸含量较高,17种单体氨基酸总量达75%,其中酪氨酸、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸等含量较高。结论炮制能明显提高玳瑁浸出物的量,其中砂烫醋淬后显著高于生品。全自动氨基酸分析仪能够很好地测定酸水解后的玳瑁氨基酸的含量。
Objective To determine the contents of extracts and amino acids of hawksbill extract and the effect of processing on the results. Methods The method of Pharmacopoeia was used to determine the amount of extract. Automatic amino acid analyzer was used to determine the content of amino acids in hawksbill turtle after anaerobic tube filled with nitrogen. Results The amount of processed extract increased significantly. Hawksbill turtle in the higher amino acid content, 17 kinds of monomer amino acid total 75%, of which tyrosine, glycine, proline, leucine content higher. Conclusions Processing can significantly increase the amount of tortoiseshell extract, which was significantly higher than that of green products after hot-vinegar quenching. Automatic amino acid analyzer can well determine the acid hydrolysis of tortoiseshell amino acid content.
