目的:以食物色素染色模型为基础,对一种新型浸泡式义齿清洁剂去除染色的效果进行量化评估。方法:为了便于形成均一的菌斑生长表面及后期的染色测量,本研究采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂片片来模拟义齿表面。树脂片经过消毒灭菌后浸泡于ToddHewitt肉汤培养基和人工唾液中培养18h(37℃)。处理后的树脂片取出晾干后被分为实验组和对照组,均置于咖啡、茶、蓝莓酱和红酒混合液中染色18h。使用分光光谱仪(PR650)定量测量染色前树脂片的颜色。染色后的实验组和对照组树脂片分别用义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)和蒸馏水中浸泡5min(150mL水,40℃)。最后再次使用PR650测量树脂片颜色参数,并计算试样间色差。结果:配对t检验显示实验组和对照组的L*,a*,b*3个颜色参数以及总色差ΔE之间存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)显著地清除了色素。结论:义齿泡腾片(Polident)能清除由红酒、茶等色素引起的义齿表面着色。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively evaluate the effect of removing stain on a new type of immersion denture cleaner based on the food pigment staining model. Methods: In order to facilitate the formation of a uniform plaque growth surface and later staining measurements, this study used poly (methyl methacrylate) resin tablets to simulate the denture surface. The resin sheet was sterilized and soaked in ToddHewitt broth and artificial saliva for 18h (37 ° C). The treated resin pieces were taken out and dried to be divided into the experimental group and the control group, and were placed in a mixture of coffee, tea, blueberry sauce and red wine for 18 hours. The color of the resin sheet before dyeing was quantitatively measured using a spectrophotometer (PR650). The dyed experimental group and the control group were immersed in Polident and distilled water for 5min (150mL water, 40 ℃) respectively. Finally, use the PR650 again to measure the color parameters of the resin sheet and calculate the color difference between the specimens. Results: The paired t-test showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.001) between the three color parameters of L *, a *, b * and the total color difference ΔE in the experimental group and the control group. Denture clean effervescent tablets (Polident) significantly clear the pigment. Conclusion: Polident 泡 can remove the surface coloring of denture caused by pigment such as wine and tea.
