提出了结构化装配工艺设计中一种新的装配单元划分方法。首先从产品结构、功能和装配工艺三方面评价零件间的相关性与非相关性;其次引入直觉模糊集理论处理评价数据的主观性和模糊性,进而,采用模糊聚类方法对零部件聚类,生成装配单元预划分方案;最后通过检验装配单元干涉性,得到最优的装配单元划分方案。以某型号火箭的装配单元划分过程为例,验证了方法的有效性和实用性。
A new method for dividing assembly unit is proposed in the design of structured assembly process. Firstly, the correlation and non-correlation between parts were evaluated from the aspects of product structure, function and assembly process. Secondly, intuitionistic fuzzy set theory was introduced to evaluate the subjectivity and fuzziness of evaluation data. Then, the fuzzy clustering method was used to cluster the parts , The pre-division scheme of the assembly unit is generated. Finally, by checking the interference of the assembly unit, the optimal assembly unit division scheme is obtained. Taking the assembly process of a certain type of rocket as an example, the validity and practicability of the method are verified.
