血浆脑钠素(BNP)检测临床上不仅可用于诊断心力衰竭,还可作为心力衰竭评价疗效和判断预后的一项可靠生化指标。本研究在常规药物治疗基础上联合应用麝香保心丸、曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭,探讨二者联合应用对BNP的影响。1资料与方法 1.1一般资料选择我院2013年1月～6月住院的冠心病心功能不全患者60例,将其随机分为联合治疗组30例和对照组30例。其中联合治疗组男17例,女13例,平均年龄64.2岁;对照组男16例,女14例,平均年龄65.7岁。心力衰竭的分级根据纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级标准。
Plasma BNP can not only be used to diagnose heart failure but also be used as a reliable biochemical indicator to evaluate the curative effect and prognosis of heart failure. This study, based on conventional drug treatment combined with musk heart pill, trimetazidine treatment of heart failure of coronary heart disease, to explore the combination of the two on BNP. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Select our hospital from January 2013 to June 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into the combined treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients. The combined treatment group, 17 males and 13 females, with an average age of 64.2 years; control group, 16 males and 14 females, with an average age of 65.7 years. Heart failure is graded according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) Cardiac Function Classification.
