目的:通过对不同临床分期乳腺癌患者血清中部分无机元素的检测,探讨无机元素与乳腺癌发生发展的相关性。方法:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定91例不同分期的乳腺癌患者、51例乳腺良性肿瘤患者和35例健康体检者的血清中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、硒(Se)和锰(Mn)水平。结果:经方差分析显示,所检测的6种无机元素在3个观察组内均存在显著性差异(P=0.000)。组与组间进行两两比较发现,除Zn水平在乳腺癌组和乳腺良性肿瘤组间无显著性差异(t=-2.399,P=0.054)外,其余各元素在两两组间均存在显著性差异。不同分期的乳腺癌患者,随着乳腺癌严重程度的递增,Cu和Fe的水平基本呈递增趋势,而Zn、Mg、Mn和Se则呈递减趋势,除Zn有显著性差异(P=0.001)外,其余均无显著性差异。结论:无机元素与乳腺癌的发生发展具有一定的相关性,检测无机元素能为乳腺癌的恶性程度判断提供一定的参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between inorganic elements and the development of breast cancer by detecting some inorganic elements in serum of patients with different clinical staging. Methods: The serum levels of copper, zinc, iron and iron in 91 breast cancer patients with different stages, 51 benign breast tumors and 35 healthy subjects were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Magnesium (Mg), selenium (Se) and manganese (Mn) levels. Results: The analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences (P = 0.000) among the six inorganic elements detected in the three observation groups. The results of two-to-one comparison between the two groups showed that there was significant difference between the two groups in all elements except Zn level in breast cancer group and benign breast tumor group (t = -2.399, P = 0.054) Sex differences. In breast cancer patients with different stages, the levels of Cu and Fe increased gradually with the increasing of the severity of breast cancer, while the contents of Zn, Mg, Mn and Se decreased gradually with the exception of Zn (P = 0.001) However, there is no significant difference in the rest. Conclusion: There is a correlation between inorganic elements and the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Detecting inorganic elements can provide some reference value for judging the malignant degree of breast cancer.
