该文在对牵引榴弹炮实际结构进行合理简化的基础上,运用有限元方法建立牵引榴弹炮整体三维有限元分析模型,全面分析了静态射击时考虑质量惯性力作用的最大工况下牵引榴弹炮整体结构应力、应变水平,及确定危险部位,计算出该火炮身管和弹性大架结构固有频率和振型。分析应用表明:该模型可有效地对牵引榴弹炮进行整体强度分析、刚度分析和动特性计算,为牵引榴弹炮的设计、动力学分析、产品定型及型号研究提供可靠的理论依据。
Based on the reasonable simplification of the actual structure of the towing howitzers, the finite element method is used to establish the overall three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the towing howitzers. The overall structure stress of the towing howitzers under the maximum condition considering the mass inertial force during static shooting is analyzed. , Strain level, and identify the dangerous parts, calculate the natural frequency and mode shape of the barrel and flexible large structure of the gun. The analysis and application shows that the model can effectively analyze the overall strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the towed howitzers and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the design, dynamic analysis, product stereotypes and model studies of the towed howitzer.
