上海市机电设计研究院受上海赛璐珞厂委托设计赛璐珞刨片机,为改进红双喜牌乒乓球等白料加工共同研制可调式进给控制装置。经多方调查研究,采用了电气数字控制并大胆地采用了交流异步电机和快速电磁离合器作进给机构。该装置控制加工系自动进给,刨片厚度可任意设定和调整。其数控系统除行程开关采用有触点控制外,其他都为无触点控制。数控逻辑采用新颖元件,集成度高,抗干扰能力强,动作可靠,频响高。从整个系统看,逻辑控制简单,操作方便,能够达到所需精度,在目前问世的简易数控装置中,有它
