目的:探讨消化内科内镜微创治疗规范化围术期的护理管理措施。方法:选取医院消化内科2015年2月~2016年1月收治的行内镜微创术患者260例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,每组130例。对照组采用医院消化内科常规的护理管理,观察组实施规范化围术期护理管理,比较两组对护理的满意度和护理不良事件发生率。结果:观察组对护理的满意度要高于对照组(P<0.05),护理不良事件发生率要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化围术期护理管理能够显著提高患者对护理的满意度,有效降低护理不良事件的发生率。
Objective: To discuss the standard nursing management of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment of gastroenterology. Methods: Two hundred and sixty patients undergoing endoscopic minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 130 cases in each group. In the control group, the routine nursing management was performed in the hospital gastroenterology department. The observation group was given standardized perioperative nursing management. The satisfaction rate of nursing and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Standardized perioperative nursing management can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing, effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events of nursing.
