介绍了卫星复合材料太阳翼压紧框架的制造工艺。在采用主体一次模压成型工艺的基础上,重点研究了组合模具的设计、复合材料铺层设计、模压工艺方法等内容,为进一步扩大复合材料桁架在卫星结构上的应用奠定了良好的基础。
This paper introduces the manufacturing process of the compact frame of solar composite wing. Based on the primary molding process of the main body, the design of the composite mold, the design of the composite material lay-up and the molding process are emphasized, which laid a good foundation for further expanding the application of the composite truss to the satellite structure.
