水是生命之源,是人类赖以生存和社会经济发展不可替代的基础性资源,质佳量足的安全水对防止各种疾病的发生、保障人体健康以及维持和提高人民生活水平都具有重要的意义,特别是农村饮水安全问题,更是关系着全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的实现。因此,在“十一五”和“十二五”期间国家投资修建了大量的农村饮水安全工程,其水源一般分为中深层地下水和地表水两种,其中地表水水源多以泉水和水库水为主。文章以位于河南省巩义市的峡峪村供水工程为例,从供水规模确定、水量可靠性分析、工艺流程、机泵选型、净水设计等方面,对以水库水为水源的农村饮水安全工程设计要点进行了阐述说明。

The significance of drinking water safety in rural areas in particular is related to the realization of the grand goal of building an overall well-to-do society. Therefore, during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, a large number of rural drinking water safety projects have been invested by the state, whose water sources are generally divided into two types of groundwater and surface water, of which the surface water is mostly water Spring and reservoir-based. Taking the water supply project of Xiaoyu Village in Gongyi City, Henan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the safety of rural drinking water with reservoir water as the source of water supply from the aspects of water supply scale determination, water quantity reliability analysis, process flow, pump type selection and water purification design Engineering design points are described.
