孔道压浆是后张法预应力结构施工的一项重要工序,是防止预应力钢束锈蚀的最后一道防线,压浆质量不仅起着保护预应力钢筋不受CL-1离子等有害物质侵蚀的重要作用,而且承担着使预应力钢筋和孔道周围混凝土结合为整体的重任,因此,孔道压浆质量直接关系到后张法预应力混凝土结构的安全性和耐久性。近年来,由于压浆不良引发的结构破损事件时有发生,预应力孔道压浆材料的性能及压浆工艺技术日益引起工程技术人员的高度关注。目前预应力孔道压浆是通过采用真空压浆、孔道充满后持续施加0.5~0.7MPa的正压力等措施来实现灌浆的饱满、密实。本研究在现有压浆设备功能基础上加设压浆浆体计量设备,可以准确计量压入预应力孔道内浆体材料的数量,通过理论灌入量和实际灌入量的比较,判断分析压浆是否饱满、密实,实现预应力孔道压浆质量的双控,确保后张法预应力孔道压浆质量。

At present, prestressed pore pressure grouting is achieved by adopting vacuum pressure grouting, applying continuous positive pressure of 0.5-0.7 MPa after full pore passage, and the like to achieve full and dense grouting. In this study, based on the existing function of grouting equipment, the addition of grout metering equipment can accurately measure the amount of grout material pressed into the prestressed tunnel.
