一种新的成形技术—预成形退火工艺被用来改善铝合金的冲压成形性能。在AA5182-O铝合金原始板料及其两种预成形退火工艺处理后的力学性能的基础上,利用LS-DYNA软件对某复杂几何外形的铝制车门内板进行了预成形退火工艺的数值模拟分析。选取车门内板预成形所能达到的最大冲压深度作为预成形量,获得了退火温度为365℃时的退火时间对板料冲压深度的影响规律,由此得到了最佳退火时间。研究了局部退火对板料成形性的影响。结果可为此类铝合金板的冲压成形提供借鉴。
A new forming technique, a pre-formed annealing process, is used to improve the press formability of aluminum alloys. Based on the mechanical properties of the AA5182-O aluminum alloy original sheet and its two pre-formed annealing processes, LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the pre-forming annealing process of the aluminum inner panel with a complex geometric shape analysis. The maximum depth of stamping that can be achieved by the pre-forming of the door panel is selected as the pre-forming amount. The effect of the annealing time on the stamping depth is obtained when the annealing temperature is 365 ℃. The optimum annealing time is obtained. The effect of local annealing on the sheet formability was investigated. The results provide a reference for the stamping of such aluminum alloy plates.
