目的 :观察冠心病患者劳宫红外射光谱病理信息。方法 :自制高灵敏度体表红外光谱仪检测 5 0名冠心病患者和 47名健康成年人右侧劳宫穴红外辐射光谱。结果 :红外辐射强度个体差异较大 ,但光谱形态相似 ;在近红外 1 .5~ 2 .9μm和中红外 3.1~ 4.3μm处 ,正常人右侧劳宫穴平均红外辐射强度显著高于冠心病患者 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;在中红外 4.7~ 6.5μm、1 0 .5~ 1 3.7μm和 1 4.1~ 1 5 .9μm处 ,正常人右侧劳宫穴平均红外辐射强度显著低于冠心病患者 ( P<0 .0 5 )。
Objective: To observe the pathological information of Labyrinth Infrared Spectroscopy in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: The self-made high sensitivity surface infrared spectrometer was used to detect the infrared radiation spectrum of the right flank in 50 CHD patients and 47 healthy adults. Results: The intensity of infrared radiation was different among individuals, but the spectral shapes were similar. In the near infrared (IR) range of 1.5 ~ 2. 9μm and mid-infrared (IR) of 3.1 ~ 4.3μm, the mean infrared radiation intensity (P <0.05). The mean infrared radiation intensity of the right flank in normal people was significantly lower than that in normal infants at 4.7 ~ 6.5μm, 105 ~ 1 3.7μm and 1 4.1 ~ 159.5μm Coronary heart disease patients (P <0.05).
