【目的】本文对江西烟区烟苗早生快发问题进行了研究。【方法】采用挖大穴施基肥、施用白云石粉和高碳基肥等措施改变根际土壤环境,研究了不同措施对烤烟根系生长发育及根际土壤微生态环境的影响。【结果】打大穴和施用穴肥能够增加烤烟根际土壤微生物菌群的数量,烤烟侧根数量明显增加,且主要分布在垂直垄面向下5~10和10~25 cm土层。施用白云石粉和高碳基肥均能使根际土壤pH值升高。【结论】根际土壤pH值在适宜范围内才能促进烤烟生长。推测根际土壤pH 7.5左右可能是烤烟根系生长是否受到抑制的分界点。
【Objective】 In this paper, the problem of early emergence of tobacco seedlings in Jiangxi tobacco area was studied. 【Method】 Rhizosphere soil environment was changed by digging large-sized base fertilizer, application of dolomite powder and high-carbon-based fertilizer, and the effects of different measures on root growth and rhizosphere soil microbial ecology were studied. 【Result】 The results showed that increasing the number of holes and applying fertilizer could increase the number of microbial flora in the rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco. The number of lateral roots of flue-cured tobacco increased obviously, and mainly distributed in the soil layers 5 ~ 10 and 10 ~ 25 cm downwards. Application of dolomite powder and high-carbon-based fertilizer rhizosphere soil pH can increase. 【Conclusion】 The rhizosphere soil pH can promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco in the proper range. It is speculated that rhizospheric soil pH 7.5 may be the demarcation point of whether the growth of flue-cured tobacco root is inhibited.
